Boston Pizza of Las Vegas!

The best!

Boston Pizza has been in business for many years in Las Vegas.  Boston Pizza serves great old school east coast style pizza!
I have dined at Boston Pizza in Las Vegas for many years.  There is a reason why.  The pizza is made the old fashioned way and it is not fast food pizza!  Anybody from the east coast, especially from New York City or Philadelphia would be happy with the pizzas at Boston Pizza, because the pizza is made the classic east coast way!
Boston Pizza is located at 1507 South Las Vegas Boulevard, just north of the Stratosphere by the famous Olympic Garden.  Boston Pizza has been in business since 1974 and it is a very well liked pizzeria by Las Vegas locals.
The Olympic Garden is famous for the best male strippers in Las Vegas.  While driving taxi for one year in Vegas, I had a few dozen lady customers that went to the OG.  You would be surprised at how many moms buy a lap dance for their daughters on their twenty first birthday at the Olympic Gardens!
I once went out for drinks with a friend who used to strip at the OG for two years.  His hands shook uncontrollably and his eyelids had a permanent twitch from all the wild sex, booze and drugs from two years of stud stripper work.  The guy was a torn up nervous mess!  He actually swore off women and became gay for self preservation reasons!  No more women!  Ha Ha Ha!
Yes, Boston Pizza is conveniently next door to the OG!  The Boston Pizza menu offers salads, wings, subs, grinders, stromboli and gourmet pizza.  The dining area and kitchen are very clean.  There are poker machines in the dining area and that is a plus for customers waiting on a pizza.  I doubled my money on a poker machine there and basically ate for free yesterday!  Thats how life goes in Las Vegas.
Many "white bread" tourists seem to prefer fast food pizza and franchise restaurants.  I guess that a false sense of security can be found at a franchise chain restaurant, but good authentic cuisine is not what chain restaurants are known for.  I always prefer to dine at authentic old fashioned restaurants and I almost never dine at a franchise chain restaurant.  When I dine, I want good real authentic food and not food that is watered down for the middle of the road "white bread" crowd!
Fast food pizza shops serve some horrible pizza.  Pre-made or premix dough, cheap toppings, lousy sweet pizza sauce, crusts that taste like saltines or cardboard and mixtures of imitation cheese are enough good reasons to never dine at a national chain pizza slop shop.  I tried fast food pizza once and my tummy was tossing and turning for a week.  Its not like fast food pizza shops hire experienced safe food handlers either.
The main reason that I never dine at a fast food pizza shop, is because of a matter of respect!  I apprenticed Italian fine dining for two years with some great Italian chefs.  I have worked for several Italian restaurants for a total of seven years.  I have worked for several Italian families.  An Italian chef that I worked for at one time gave me some good Italian advice that concerned my health and well being.  That Italian chef told me "If you are ever seen eating fast food pizza, instead of Italian pizza, you will be killed!"  The chef was serious and he had the family credentials to enforce his law!  Out of respect, I only dine at real Italian pizzerias!
The pizza pies at Boston Pizza are everything that I like in a good pizza.  Hand crafted dough, perfectly seasoned sauce, great quality Italian mozzarella and good toppings.  The crust is thin, but not too thin and the crust is crisp.  The cheese is cooked to perfection.  Olive oil is used on their pizzas and I feel good and healthy after dining on a good Boston Pizza pie!
The pizza recipes that I have posted in my blog show that I like out of the ordinary toppings.  The pizza in the pictures was a jalapeno and anchovy pizza!  Thats my typical favorite Italian pizza topping order on a Friday night.  Fish and no meat.  The pizza in the pictures was the small size menu option too.
Friday night traffic on I-15 and highway 95 is jammed up with Las Vegas visitors and locals going out for the weekend.  The "spaghetti bowl" intersection is famous for traffic jams on a Friday night.  I ordered my pizza to-go and had a very pleasant dinner while stuck in traffic on the way home!  Thats how I beat the traffic!  Ha Ha Ha!
I heavily recommend Boston Pizza in Las Vegas for anyone who craves great Italian pizza!  The location is easy to find.  The Boston Pizza atmosphere is classic old school Italian pizzeria charm.
If I ever see any of you eating fast food pizza, instead of real authentic Italian pizza, you will be fitted for cement shoes!  Capiche?  Ha Ha Ha!  Ciao Baby!  ...  Shawna
